Pulsar is closing
Pulsar shuts down on Monday 19 October 2026. Until then everything keeps working, including research. Pulsar Plus is no longer sold and will not renew.
There is no export, so copy anything you want to keep from your theses before 19 October. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. What happens to account data after shutdown will be set out in the privacy policy.
Getting help
Email manishmenon@protonmail.com and describe what happened. If it concerns a particular research run, the company symbol and roughly when you ran it are enough to find it.
Things that are working as intended
A research run takes several minutes. You can leave the screen — the run continues, and the dossier is waiting when you come back.
Pulsar sometimes declines to score a company, saying the evidence was too thin. That is a real answer, not a failure: it means the filings did not support a conclusion worth showing.
A dossier you did not commission may appear instantly. Research is about public companies and is shared, so if somebody asked about the same company recently you are shown that work rather than paying to repeat it.
Subscriptions and billing
Pulsar Plus is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from Pulsar — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
Settings › Delete account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for exactly what is erased.
